Deep into the Blackall Range Hinterland below Donovans Knob is the ideal spot for the bushwalker or nature lover. The farm is adjacent to the newest Australian Wildlife Conservancy Refuge, The Curramore Environmental Reserve, and extensive State Forests. There are kilometers of tracks and creeks to explore and enjoy through rainforest and open woodlands. Guests can watch or join in any of the farm activities involved in running a small rural property and breeding Australian Lowline cattle.

Guests can choose to do whatever pleases them within the constraints of a working farm and normal safety concerns, and whenever they want. The accommodation is completely self-contained with ensuite and kitchen facilities.

The grounds within the farmhouse environs are landscaped and contain a solar heated in-ground pool and BBQ facilities.
